The board is currently working on the 2022 budget numbers, and as you can see in this attachment our expenses have gone up quite substantially. Our master insurance policy is going up 8% which would entail about a $28,000 annual premium for us. We have earthquake insurance through Lloyds of London at this point, companies are not offering earthquake any longer.

The sewer/water fee's are going up 4%, 2021 accumulative total is $49,000. We have to investigate the water bill, I have reached out to the City of Redmond to see why "A" 9474 building is 2 1/2 times more per month as you can see in the financials. We might have a possible leak that will need to be addressed.

At this point, there will be an increase in our monthly dues, we do not know how much, until we have our budget meeting. More to come.
