Residents/Owners,
For those that are not on the website, The board will be sending out periodic updates on projects that are happening or will be in the Spring of 2022. We are also currently working on our 2022 budget, we should know what the increase will be soon. Just our master policy insurance is going up 8% and typically 3-4% on our utilities.

We have had 7 water leaks in the C building as of right now and also some siding and flashing that will need to be replaced on some of the buildings, as we are getting water intrusion.
