The Redwoods community consists of 70 condominium homes. 14-studio units at approximately 370 square feet, 4 vaulted ceiling/sunken living room 2-bedroom/1 bath units approximately 770 square feet, 24 1-bedroom/1-bath units approx 670 square feet and 32 2-bedroom/1 bath approximately 840 square feet. The communities are governed under the Redwoods Homeowners Association.
Moving forward due to COVID19 pandemic, all meetings will be held via Zoom video conferencing.
The minutes from previous meetings will be posted once approved. All homeowners are encouraged to attend & participate at board meetings, and join a committee to help out. We welcome all your ideas and suggestions!
